Due to the recent Typhoon here in Asia, we are experiencing some delays in the delivery of some of our parts. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
The great news is that we are actually finalizing the batch and it will be ready this Friday!
As soon as it is ready, it will be sent to our fulfillment partner for sorting, packing, and shipping to you. This process takes about a week.
As soon as it is received by the courier you will be notify by email with a tracking number.
Again, we apologize for any inconvenience. We are working very hard to assure the completion and delivery of your items! Thank you for your patience.
We are updating our mailing address list, so please be sure we have your correct delivery address, especially if you have moved. We won't be able to update it once it is shipped, and we want you to receive your items without any further delay.
Here are our requirements :
-No PO Boxes
-Addresses must be clear and complete
-The name of the person at the address to whom the package is being sent MUST be submitted (this has to be the person whose name is on the mailbox)
If you wish to save on shipping costs and you’ve been thinking of adding something to your order, now is your last chance to add accessories to your package! Please contact us directly by email at email@example.com with the item you would like to add.
