Graphic Designer / Visual and Media Creator

Noir Matter is looking for creative, resourceful and enthusiastic Graphic designer/Visual and Media Geek to join our growing team, responsible for overall designs, graphics of the brand, social media accounts, inquiries from different platforms.
The ideal candidate is a passionate, highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual ready to work as an early employees on an tech Startup team.
We are looking for people ready to wear multiple hats and not afraid of taking actions.

Responsibilities
Create and manage overall brand identity.
Manage social media platforms.
Create photos and videos.
Handle contact inquiries from different platform, social media, emails...
Designing and producing graphic content on different supports: Pitch decks, Website, Logos, Marketing adds, Business cards, original print material...
Website graphic design.

Requirements
US Work eligibility.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Graphic Design.
2+ years of relevant professional experience (or equivalent) and must have a portfolio and/or work samples that demonstrate relevant experience.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat...)
Experience in editing and publishing content for Social channels;
Understand branding and consistency.
Strong customer service skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Quality Focus, Attention to Detail.
Sense of design.
Positive, can do attitude!
Get stuff done!
Friendly, articulate, and interested in working in a fun, small, Startup team environment.
Ability to work as an individually as well as in a team
Able to multi-task and prioritize workload.
Ready to spend extra hours to get the job done.
Drive to learn and evolve in the position.
Willing to relocate.

Preferred
Prior experience in a startup preferred.
Social Media Geek!
Photography or video experience
Experience with digital photography/video principles .
Outdoor and Action sports passionate.
