June Update - 2nd Batch

Hi Guys,

We hope everyone is doing well! We wanted to update you with our most recent news.

After our update, we secured all of the mailing addresses from the last update to our fulfillment center.We were on schedule to ship the Quark to our fulfillment center but unfortunately, our packaging supplier delayed their shipment and we were unable to finish packing.

All the Quark are done and we finally received our packing material from the factory today and are in the processing of preparing the shipments. Once ready, we will hand the product to our fulfilment center in HK, who will dispatch the product to you.

We apologize for the delay and are doing everything possible to speed up the process! We understand that this is frustrating, and we want you to receive your package as soon as possible.

As soon as the fulfillment center processes and ships your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Again, we apologize for the delay and are doing our best to get your order shipped as quickly as possible!
