May Update - Delivery
Hi, guys!
We hope everyone is doing well!
We have now filled all of the orders from the live campaign and the Golden Quark. These orders are still being sent out, but we will have fulfilled all of the 2017 orders by the end of next week, it's more than 1000 Quarks already sent! The remaining orders are in production right now and will be shipped during the second part of June. If you have not received your tracking number and your order was placed in 2017, you should get it by the end of next week.
For the remaining orders, be sure that we are making everything to get them shipped as fast as possible!
We are so excited and glad that we have received such amazing feedback from the people who have already received their orders. This product is the culmination of many years of hard work, and we are so happy to see that you guys are finally enjoying it.
It has been a wild ride, and this is just the beginning. Here is a video showing the best of what we have been creating. We are excited to see what you’ll be creating now that it’s finally your turn!

Make sure you calibrate your Quark when you receive it to get it properly set up. We have made a few instructional videos, so be sure to watch them all to understand how your Quark works, how to calibrate it, and how to take care of it.

Haven’t got the ship date and tracking number yet, but I’m really looking forward to receiving my Quark soon! Hope it will be in this batch as i’ve got order number is just above the 1080’s. Will the shipments to Europe be done all in 1 go?

Got mine just the other day. While I haven’t had a chance to play with it properly (my kids will probably use it before me), it looks freaking awesome. You guys have done a great job.

I orderd this in plenty of time to have it by my summer travels. Im leacing this week and hoped it would be here. I havent even got a ship date or tracking number. I need to know when to expect it and if it will get here before I leave. supposed to be here in feb, its late may and not here. I need it for the drive and travels. thanks for any help.

Got the email (mid June) 2 weeks ago on shipping in 24 hours, no update or response to messages. Ordered last January and its July. Can you update please on status of my order and when I should receive it?
