January Update
Hi Guys,
We hope everyone is doing great,
Here are all the updates on what has happened in the last weeks and what is planned for the next ones:
We have received the first parts straight out of the molds! They arrived a bit later than expected but the quality is great! It’s getting exciting to see the first Quark parts finally out…. We have run different tests and we still need to make a few final adjustments in order to get a seamless fit. The molds are getting tweaked as we speak… and we should get the final ones as soon as those modifications are done.
In the same time, we have received all the motors, batteries, and other small components that composed the Quark, we are still waiting on the electronic PCB boards that should arrive next week to start assembling the first test units!
PACKAGING
We have received and finalized the packaging and user manuals, not only for Quark but also for all the accessories, check them out and let us now what you think :
ACCESSORIES
We have received all the Cases, Poles and Kite Line Mounts and we are starting to package everything.
ASSEMBLY
We are supposed to start assembling the first units as soon as we have the modified plastic parts and the PCBs. Unfortunately, the timing is not with us and the Chinese New Year is starting February 5th to February 26th and the whole country is shut down for the month… This affects us by delaying the project, as we won’t be able to move forward for that time…
So the delivery is affected by about a month, we should get the first units mid March after everybody comes back from the Chinese New Year.
Everything is becoming real and it’s exciting, we are doing everything we can to deliver your Quark quickly and we ask you to bear with us just a bit more, it is just a question of weeks.
We apologize for those delays and are trying to make everything as fast as we can dealing with 10 suppliers, Chinese holidays and making sure that the product is correctly made.

Thank you for the update and informations.
I hopped to get my Quark end of february for using the new equipment in march by windsurfing in ägypt.
But Quality first! I’m looking forward to get the Quark after my holiday end of march.

Yeah looks good. Quality first, want them to last a good few years so the wait is ok. We’ll have them before the summer :)
