August Update

We hope everyone is doing well!
2ND BATCH
The second batch has finally shipped last week !
The second batch includes all orders from January 2018 to order #1527 in May 2018.
If you order is in this batch you should have already received an automatic email with your tracking number, if not you should receive it shortly as it's sent when the shipping courier update it as it depends on your country.
We sincerely apologize for the extra time it took and thankful for all the great support and messages we have received, we are excited to see what you guys will be creating with your Quark and can't wait to share it with everyone!
If a change of address is needed, you can directly contact the courier to redirect the package.
3RD BATCHAll the remaining orders will be part of the last batch, it's actually in production and are aiming for a shipping mid September but we will keep updating everyone at the end of the month if it goes out quicker!Be sure that we are making everything to get them made and shipped as fast as possible!
We are so excited and glad that we have received such amazing feedback from the people who have already received their orders. This product is the culmination of many years of hard work, and we are so happy to see that you guys are finally enjoying it.

Make sure you calibrate your Quark when you receive it to get it properly set up. We have made a few instructional videos, so be sure to watch them all to understand how your Quark works, how to calibrate it, and how to take care of it.
