The fifth batch has finally shipped yesterday!
If you order is in this batch you should have already received an automatic email with your tracking number, if not you should receive it shortly as it's sent when the shipping courier update it as it depends on your country.
The packages are sent with a courier from HongKong to your country and then handed and dispatch by your local country post service.
If you would like more informations on the package you can track it using this website HERE and entering your tracking number.
Do not hesitate if you have any questions and make sure to follow the tracking to avoid missing a package.

Make sure you calibrate your Quark when you receive it to get it properly set up. We have made a few instructional videos, so be sure to watch them all to understand how your Quark works, how to calibrate it, and how to take care of it.

The Quark has a IP66 rating which will protect it from water jets so it can get wet due to water splash but it is not made for underwater filming and won't handle being submerged so make sure not to submerged it. Moreover, crashing your kite will apply extreme pressure and will damage it too, so for your safety and to keep it in working condition, do not use it if you do not feel comfortable kite-surfing with it, if the wind is light and stay within your limits.
Also make sure to Calibrate you Quark when you receive it to get it properly setup or after each 2 weeks if the temperature has changed
